There are complaints published by other internet websites against this new home builder. Some of the more serious ones are referenced on the website Consumer Affairs.

Here is one more serious complaint. It's regarding a house built by Hammond Homes (now called Meritage Homes, Meritage Homes Corporation (NYSE:MTH) and recently put online in Aug 2007 by Blogspot for Sal Costello
